RÅMN

The advanced meditation technique we teach here at the Red Rainbow is called Råmn.* This is a nonsensical word, and purposefully so. The practitioner simply uses Spontaneous Glossolalia as a silent mantra, (not spoken aloud) and that’s it. There are a few alterations beyond this you can learn, but they are not necessarily necessary. The meditation itself has been described as feeling strikingly similar to “strolling pleasurably,” and being, “super freakin easy.” It is quite straightforward, clearly, and can be done during activity, or rest. It is more commonly referred to as Zero-Pointed Meditation because it’s essentially just sitting in one place for an indefinite period of time for no reason.

*This Technique was not invented by us. It was discovered by a Club member, Sal, during an extended stay in a 9th dimensional village which he visited via Quantum Virtual Reality.
