We despise, detest, abhor, and generally maintain a feeling of rancor to announce that you cannot visit the upper floors or the rooftop without express permission. It's not that you couldn't handle it. You'd probably be fine after a month or two of intensive quantum hypnotherapy. But, we have neither the time nor the resources to dedicate that many psychiatrists to treating the throngs of people that visit us. As such, you're outta luck.
